What if one fine morning you wake up and look in the mirror and see that you have a receding hairline, wouldn’t that be a nightmare? Of course, it will.

Before I give you some home remedies for this problem, it is better that you know the cause of this problem. The main cause of receding hairline is the excess loss of hair. And we all know that there are many different reasons behind hair loss and the most common of them being exposure to heat, pollution, and chemicals.

Other than that, one can have severe hair loss due to any particular medicine and sometimes if there is too much iron in the water, then one can lose hair.

Diet is an important factor when it comes to hair. If your daily meals lack the necessary vitamins and minerals, then the deficiency will cause hair loss as well. To stop receding hairline and hair loss all you need to do is take care of your hair. It is not that hard to do.

First, you need to change your eating habits. Avoid the junk food and add healthy food such as a good amount of green vegetable, fruits, and of course a glass of milk. Make sure you have a good amount of beans and nuts — they will provide you the necessary proteins that are needed for healthy hair. You will get the vitamins A and C from the green vegetables and fruits.

Do not use the same shampoo again and again. Change it occasionally, and for better results, use a mild one. Avoid using too much hair products such as color, gel, cream etc. As strange as it may sound, they are one of the main reason for hair loss. Sleep at least 8 hours a day and try to be stress free.

Make sure the hair is well hydrated. Dry hair tends to fall more then any other types of hair. And to keep the hair hydrated, you have to apply oil on the scalp regularly. For best results do it three times a day. Keep the oil for a while and then wash it off with shampoo.

Last but not the least; make a habit of exercising regularly. By doing a bit of workout, the blood circulation in the body will increase, providing more oxygen to the scalp will reduce the amount of hair fall.
