During pregnancy, hormonal changes are very much visible on your skin. Your complexion can change, and you might also have other skin problems, like acne. It is better to be prepared for any skin changes and the first step to that is to keep your skin clean and well moisturized.

Do not forget to apply sunscreen or sun block when you go out. That will protect your skin from the harmful ultra violet rays of the sun and prevent sunburn and sun poison.
To prevent acne you can go for a steam facial. Add a few drops of tea tree oil. Splash cold water on your face after you are done. Garlic is also a good remedy for acne. Cut a clove of garlic, apply it on the affected area and see the wonders. This can get rid of acne overnight.
In case if you hate the smell of garlic, then there are other remedies as well. Apply vinegar on your face with a cotton ball and leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse with cool water.
