You should not mistake these oils for perfume oils. Both are different.
Aromatherapy oils are very concentrated and hence do not buy them if they are in bottles with rubber tops. The rubber can turn to gum and ruin the oil.
If you are pregnant, you should stay away from oils like cypress, basil, jasmine, juniper, arninca and marjoram.

Skin care

Oils like lavender, jojoba, bergamot, sandalwood and avocado oils are useful for skin care. You can massage them after bath in the morning and before going to bed.
