Homemade Scrubs For Your Entire Body

Beauty scrubs are a wonderful way to exfoliate dead skin cells from the body and face and reveal a fresher and healthier skin. Skin exfoliation can be done easily at home using scrubs conveniently made from numerous natural ingredients like fresh herbs,  oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, honey and yogurt found in our kitchen. Exfoliation of the skin also promotes better absorption of skin care products.

Use of scrubs every day is not advisable as it will strip off the essential oil from your skin. Exfoliate your skin once a week if you have dry skin and bi-weekly if your skin is oily. If you experience any kind of irritation or unusual dryness, it is an indication that the ingredient in your scrub is not suitable for your skin. In that case, go easy and use some other ingredient.

Harsh abrasive scrubs are not suitable for dry skin. Oily skin is very much prone to acne. Scrubbing too much can aggravate the acne condition. Avoid use of artificial ingredients.
