Although there are several women who swear that they are unable to pluck their eyebrows without moisturizing them first, most beauticians advise against this practice. Moisture causes the skin to become porous and this makes if difficult to control the amount of hair you are removing.

The Art of Plucking

When you start plucking your eyebrows, you should always start at the bottom of the eyebrow and work your way up. Don’t get so caught up with the idea of creating the perfect pair of eyebrows that you forget to check your process, make sure you stop every few seconds and check your progress. Be very careful that you don’t over pluck your eyebrows. You can always take more hair off, but it is very difficult to glue a hair back on once it’s been plucked.
