To do this exercise, place an exercise mat or yoga mat against a wall. Lie on the mat with your butt against the wall and your arms at your sides. Now bend your knees in such a way that your feet rest 3-4 feet up the wall.

Next, raise your lower body off the exercise mat, keeping your arms straight and shoulders flat against the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds and then lower your body to the starting position. This exercise is very effective for toning your back and butt.

Lie down on an exercise mat with your feet stretched out in front of you and your arms by your side. Tighten your arms and raise your left leg off the mat. Make sure that you keep your leg straight and do not bend your knee while raising your leg. Hold this position for a few seconds and then lower leg to the floor. Repeat the same move on the other leg. Do 10 repetitions for each leg. This exercise tones the thighs and lower abs.

To do this exercise, sit on an exercise mat with knees bend and feet on the floor. Place your hands on your thighs and lean back, keeping your upper body in a straight line. At the same time, raise your feet off the floor and extend them so that the calves are parallel to the floor.

Hold this position for 4-5 seconds and lower legs back to the floor. Repeat this exercise 4-6 times. This exercise is excellent for firming abs and back.

Double Lift

Start on hands and knees, keeping your back straight. Tighten your stomach muscles and raise and extend left leg behind you. Make sure that your left leg is straight and parallel to the ground. Now, carefully balance your body and raise and extend your right arm in front of you. Hold this position for 5-6 seconds and then switch sides. Do 5-6 repetitions. This exercise will help to tone your back and abs.

To do this exercise stand straight with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Now place your hands behind your head, interlocking the fingers of both hands. Next bend your knees and lower your body so that your thighs are parallel to the floor. Now, raise your body slowly to the original position. As you come to your original position, kick your right leg high up in the air.
