Buy a fresh coconut and extract its milk. Gargle with this milk 2-3 times a day. The soothing properties of coconut milk help the blisters to heal quickly.
Hot And Cold Water
Gargling alternately with hot and cold water prevents the blisters from exacerbating and arrests their spread in the mouth. Keep a glass of hot and cold water ready at hand and gargle with these every 1-2 hours.
Chewing on the leaves of holy basil is said to help in most cases of mouth ulcers as holy basil is a medicinal plant. You can also brew your tea with basil leaves and sip on this tea twice a day.
Applying glycerine on the mouth ulcer is said to help in its healing. Take a small amount of glycerine in a piece of cotton and dab this on the mouth ulcer. This may hurt or burn initially but provide quick healing. Apply glycerine as often as you can till the ulcers heal completely. This may take a few days.

Tomatoes have lycopene which prevent the occurrence of mouth ulcers. Enhance the intake of tomatoes in your diet. You can also eat raw tomatoes or sip on its juice which is a healthier alternative and has a detoxifying effect on the body.
Fenugreek Seeds Gargle
A gargle solution made from fenugreek is said to promote quick healing of the mouth ulcers. Soak a few fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight. Strain the water and gargle with it as soon as you get up in the morning. Instead of the seeds, you can also use fenugreek leaves.
We all know that turmeric has anti-bacterial as well as healing properties. You can gargle with turmeric water or add just a small pinch to your glycerine solution before applying it to the mouth ulcers. This allows the blisters to heal.
Take a few crystals of rock salt and wet them a bit. Now apply the salt directly on the blister. This will burn like crazy but within 24-48 hours, your blisters will have gone.
