Nutmeg is an excellent condiment for our health and beauty. It has many medicinal properties and has been used traditionally in many herbal medicines. Take a nutmeg and a teaspoon of raw milk.
Make a paste of the two by rubbing nutmeg on a rough surface sprinkled with raw milk. Apply this paste on pimples overnight. Wash off in the morning.

The subtle fragrance of sandal wood also helps in relieving stress. Take a tablespoon of sandal wood powder and mix it with some rose water to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your face and neck. Let it air dry for 20 minutes. Rinse with plain water.
