There are many yoga exercises that are safe both for you and for your baby, and they help you not only to relieve stress and pressure both off your body and your mind.
When you exercise, wear loose clothes, a good sports bra for optimum support and shoes that support your weight. Avoid jerking motions and lying on your back for a long time.
