Another secret behind a flat tummy is this exercise. Just lie on your stomach either on the ground or a mat. Raise yourself a little by resting your body on your forearms with your palms touching the ground and back straight.

Your legs should also be  straight and together and should be stretched to the maximum. Ensure that you keep your body raised at least for 20 seconds in  a push up manner. Come back to your original position and repeat this exercise. This exercise strengthens the back and stomach.
