Nature is man’s best friend. Nature has so much stored for us that we can hardly imagine. Take skin care for example. No matter what the skin problem is, nature has its remedy. Let us see what our best friend has for us.

Fruits are another wonder of nature. They are tasty and healthy food at the same time. Fruits will provide you with all the vitamins that are required for healthy skin. Banana contains enough magnesium, potassium, iron and many other minerals, and several types of vitamins, namely vitamin A, B, E and F. You can make a great anti wrinkle mask with banana. Just take a small banana, 2 tablespoon of fresh cream, 1 tablespoon of honey and oat flour. Mix them well and apply on your skin. Keep it on for half hour and then wash it off.
If you thought apples did not have many qualities, now is the time to be surprised. This fruit contains sugar, pectin and some organic acids. This fruit not only nourishes, but also makes the skin soft and renews the skin at the same time. Besides, I hope you do know the saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Cucumber does not only make your salad or coleslaw tasty, it nourishes your skin as well. It is a natural astringent. Blend some chopped cucumber (peeled) and apply that to your skin. Keep it on for 15 minutes and rinse with water. This is for oily skin.
Massage is a must for healthy glowing skin. You can use any natural essential oil. The massage will increase the blood circulation of the skin, and the oil will add moisture. But if you have oily skin, then it is better to avoid oil.
