Oily skin suffers from many skin problems including black heads, acne, white heads and pimples. This is mainly because of large and blocked pores which also keep the skin dull.

Oily skin needs regular cleansing as it helps to keep the skin clean and avoid blockage of pores by removing dust from the skin. 1. You can avoid skin getting oily by eating a protein rich diet. Eat more of the fresh green leaf vegetables and fruits. Vitamin B2 is also very good to cure the skin problem so eat food which is rich in B2 Vitamin like nuts, whole grains etc.

2. Avoid eating fat, fried and spicy food, and sugar. Also you must stop consuming alcohol and all types of soft drinks.

3. Drink a lot of water regularly as it will help to keep your skin hydrated and will keep it fresh. Do not think that oily skin does not need moisture as oil does not moisturize your skin. So drink a good amount of water regularly.
