Natural remedies for beautiful skin:

Mix milk, Pumpkin pulp and egg-yolk into a paste and apply on the face, let it be there for 30 minutes. This not only nourishes the skin but brings glow to your face.

Mash a Banana, mix it into milk, for applying it to your face, leave it there for twenty minutes and then wash it away.

Grind Cucumber, Orange and Lemon peels; and apply it as a mask. Leave it on your face for twenty minutes before washing it off. Apply it daily for a week, for noticeable glow on your facial skin.

Mash 3 Strawberries and apply the pulp in the form of a facial mask. Leave it on the face for 10 minutes before washing it off with Rosewater. They have plenty of Vitamin-C and can help your skin become radiant.

Mix a tbsp each of pulp from ripe Peach, Papaya, with juice of Pomegranates, adding a tbsp of Fullers’ earth into a paste. Use it as a spread on your neck and face. Wash it away after quarter of an hour and see how your skin glows.


You should eat right for getting glowing skin. Let your diet have plenty of Vitamin-C sourced from Lemon, Grape, Orange, as these can stop wrinkling. Also include in the diet Tomatoes, green vegetables, fish, Sweet-Potatoes, and Spinach. Sign off the day having a cupful of Green Tea. Avoid junk food.
