Wrinkles first appear around the eyes, lips and neck region. These are stubborn and do not diminish easily. Hence, we need to combine the right nutrition, face masks and facial exercises to completely erase the wrinkles. You will need a lot of patience too.
We make our body to exercise but what about our face? Facial muscles also need to work out. The following exercises help release toxins from the face, uplift cheeks and make the skin look younger.
Keep your face straight. Gently inhale air inside the mouth and fill your mouth tight. Hold your nostrils so that the air does not escape. Hold the cheeks tight for 20 to 30 seconds then release the air through the nostrils. Repeat 5 times.
The next exercise is done by closing your eyes tightly and then opening the eyes widely. By doing so, draw your tongue out as much as you can and try to touch the chin with it.
Skin Nourishing and Tightening Masks
If your skin is aging then it needs to be nourishment and given extra treatment. Vitamin A, E and C have reputation of skin vitamins. With age the skin starts to lose its collagen and proteins.
Foods such as almonds, eggs, milk, wheat gram, oranges and carrots can be used to nourish the skin.
Crush almonds to prepare a fine powder. Soak the powder in cold milk for 10 minutes so that the particles become soft. Add half tbsp of honey to this and apply all over your face and neck region. Keep for 20 minutes then wash with tap water.
Add few drops of clarified butter to wheat gram flour. Add enough milk to make a smooth paste. Keep until the paste dries then wash with water.
Detoxification of the body helps the skin to rejuvenate and repair. Once in a week detoxification is extremely good. Drink aloe vera juice every day early morning. It is a great way to detoxify the body on daily basis.
