Diabetes is a health emergency in which a person’s body is not able to produce enough insulin inside it. If insulin, which is a hormone produced inside the body’s pancreas is not produced in the required quantity, a person tends to gain weight and suffer from major health problems.

If this problem keeps on increasing, it can cause death as well. So here are some tips which can help you get rid of this problem or at least have control over it.

As your weight tend to increase, keep its range in a healthy one. Do not allow your weight to increase any more and for that increase the intake of water, coconut water, raw vegetables, boiled vegetables, oatmeal, sprouts, soups, juices, fruits, etc. stay away from junk food, fries, oily food, unhealthy food or the one that has more of calories and carbohydrates. Also make sure that what ever you eat must be eaten slowly.

The one this that should be banned from your diet is sugar so do not have it at all. Also, to watch weight do exercises at home. If you are not able to do it then move hands and legs to give some flexibility to the body. And then start up with exercise routine. Start with bit by bit and then increase the exercise time.

Take lesser amount of food. Also, take only 3 meals in a day breakfast, lunch and dinner and have no food in between. If you are hungry, take coconut water. Then, make sure you take very little food. Control can fetch good results. Go for morning walk, do yoga and have a healthy life.

One thing that you may hate to do can be having juice of bitter melon   once in a day but it is very effective and recommended for diabetes patients. Regular check up is essential so get it done from doctor in regular intervals of time.

You can opt for vitamin supplements but before that, consult your doctor. Drink loads of water and try not to be stressed out much. So try all these tips to have control over diabetes.
