Here Are Some Of The Simplest Ways To Remove Unwanted Hair From Your Body.

Shaving

Shaving is the most widely used form of hair removal by both men and women. Men tend to choose to shave the hair off of their face. Women unfortunately have more body parts where the hair has to be removed. A razor may not be suitable for use for all body parts in a woman, such as the face.

When a woman has facial hair, she will have to look for alternate methods. Shaving is a quick method of removing hair and it is virtually painless (unless you nick yourself). You can shave in the privacy of your home. There are tools available to either completely remove the hair or keep it neat and trimmed.

Waxing

Waxing is a second easy body hair remover. In the past, you had to go to a salon to wax your body hair, but now there are products designed to wax hair at home. Waxing works best on large body areas such as the legs or the back. During waxing, hot wax is applied to the body area. Then a strip of fabric is smoothed over the wax. Now, the trick is to rip the strip off quickly and in one shot so that you can minimize the pain. Waxing removes large areas of hair at once. Aside from being painful, it can also get messy with the wax dripping everywhere.

Tweezing

If you have a small area of hair that needs to be removed, then you can grab a tweezer and pluck the hair out. This can be a time-consuming process; depending on the areas that need work. Two complaints with plucking are that you may get ingrown hair and that it could be painful. On the plus side, plucking is inexpensive and gets the hair right from the root so it takes longer for the hair to grow back.

Threading

Threading is an Indian technique that is slowly being adopted in Western culture. The process involves taking a cotton thread and twisting it. While twisting the thread, the salon technician must catch the body hair in the thread and rip it out. This is a technique that needs to be learned.

Depilatories

Depilatories are available in drugstores and can be used at home. A depilatory is a cream solution that is rubbed over the hair. It causes the hair follicles to dissolve, and the hair falls out of the root. Once applied, the depilatory needs to sit on the skin for a while. You can remove the cream and the hair using a washcloth in the shower.
