Buttermilk Or Milk As A Perfect Cleanser
If you have oily skin then buttermilk is the best homemade natural cleanser for you. It not only cleans the skin deeply, it also helps in reducing the tan. Take a teaspoon of buttermilk and apply it on your face with the help of a cotton wool. Let it dry for 10 minutes. Wash off with plain water. You will instantly find your skin soft and brightened.
Semolina As A Gentle Scrub
Next time when you purchase semolina don’t buy it only for cooking delicious snacks. Buy it to use as a gentle scrub also. Take a tablespoon of semolina and mix it in milk. Make a paste and apply on your face, neck, arms and legs.
Let it dry for 10 minutes and then rub off in circular motions. Wash off with plain water. This scrub will gently ward off your dead cells and will make skin softer and smoother.
Gram Flour For Removing The Tan
Gram flour has traditionally been used as a beautifying agent before all the auspicious occasions in India because gram flour helps in removing the tan and making skin glow. Take a tablespoon of gram flour and mix it with some raw milk and a few drops of lime juice and a pinch of turmeric.
If you have dry skin then replace milk with milk cream. Make dough like thick paste and rub on your face and neck. Massage with this pack for a couple of minutes and then wash off with plain water. Hibiscus flowers and leaves make a great homemade conditioner. Take a handful of hibiscus flowers and leaves. Boil them with a mug of water till it reduces to half.

Hair Cleanser From Fuller’s Earth
In a cup of beaten curd mix half a cup of fuller’s earth powder. Dilute it with water to make a consistent paste. Leave it overnight and in the morning wash your hair with this paste. Wet your hair and massage this paste in your scalp. Leave for 10 minutes and then wash off with plain water.
This will cleanse your hair and will make them soft and manageable. You need not use any kind of conditioner after this wash because curd is a great natural conditioner for hair.
