Simple Method to Dye the Hair at Home
It is generally believed that hair coloring is a specialized work and requires to be done by hairdresser only. In contrast to this popular belief, there are ways where coloring can be done by oneself at home and without the help of any hairdresser, so that you can save on hairdresser’s charges.
This is how Agatha does it:
She has long and dark hair. She suggests that those who have long hair should pin the hair. Special pins are available for this purpose. After pinning the hair, apply the color first on the hair re-growth. Thereafter, pin the remaining hair and apply color. This method ensures equal distribution of color throughout the hair. After coloring, she suggests that hair should be combed so as to find out whether any portion of the hair has been left out. She colors her hair every alternative month.
She does this because she does not want to damage her hair too much. Normally, she buys about two packets of color. Of course, quantity of color required depends on how thick the hairs are and the extent of coloring required. Agatha says that after coloring, one should remain in a closed room free of dust. This is because coloring that is still wet would attract dust and it would be very difficult to get rid of the dirt once it settles on the hair.
Now about Emma:
She says that before one starts dying, one must read the instructions for using the dye. Emma suggests that depending on the occasion, the coloring of the hair can also be changed. In this process, there are chances of some degree of disappointment, but that could be a starting point for finding something new.
Emma has a valid suggestion; she says that start the process of coloring the hair well before you venture out for the party. By way of suggestion, she recommends to do the coloring at least one or two days before you attend the party. This is because you will have enough time to do the coloring. If you do the coloring at the nick of the time, you may do the coloring unevenly and it may spoil the entire hair style. Like Agatha, Emma also suggests that coloring should be done once in two months.
Do not apply the color on hair which is dehydrated because such hair only spoils the hair style. Dye the hair with a light shade because such coloring can be changed any time with heavy colors or with any other light colors.
