At least once a week devote one entire day to yourself. Now that you have the whole day to yourself, you decide what you wish to do. First of all decide what you want to do – go to a salon or to a spa. Make an appointment for an overall beauty treatment, from manicure, pedicure and facial to hair treatment. You can also have a beautician come to your home and do all that for you. You can always ask a friend to come over and accompany you in this. That way, you will not be bored.
Get a good facial and a full body massage. This will not only rejuvenate your skin, but at the same time make you feel much better. Remember to perform the entire skin care task – cleansing, toning, moisturizing.
Other than that you can put on the facial mask, turn on soothing music and just relax. This will help to calm the nerves and get rid of stress. You can also have someone to give you a temple rub.
Once you are done with your beauty routine, you can spend the rest of the day in whichever way you want. You can try out some new beauty products and see if they suit your skin or not. Apart from that you also have the option to stay home and relax, or you can go out shopping.
Another option is working out. That will help you to get rid of the extra pounds, so in a way that can be a part of cleaning process. But most important of all, enjoy your weekend.
