Summer drinks are in these days and if you wish to try out some cool summer drink to relax your body then here are some of the cool recipes of them. You can drink them daily and even serve them in party.
Lemonade drink is one of the most common drinks that one must definitely gorge on. This keeps the blood circulation flow stable, provides instant cool to the body and gives you instant freshness. For 2 glasses, take one lemon, 3 tsp of sugar, 2 glasses of water, some ice cubes and salt as ingredients. Take a container and add water in it.
Then add lemon, sugar and salt it and mix it thoroughly till every particle dissolves in water. Then add ice cubes to make the drink chill. For garnishing, you can take a lemon slice and place it on the top of the glass to give it a fancy touch.
You must also try out smoothies. These are healthy, good in taste and definitely beat the heat. Delicious smoothies can be made with any fruit of your choice. Take a cup of fruit and double amount of milk. Pour these two in a blender and add sugar to taste. For more flavor, pour vanilla and some ice cubes as well. Blend all these thoroughly and serve it cool. Make sure that once you make it, do immediate serving as keeping them for some time could ruin the taste of it.
You can also experiment with yogurt and make a drink of it. You simply require yogurt and double amount of water or milk. Mix them in a blender and then add a pinch of salt. This drink brings instant energy and if regularly consumed, brings glow on skin. To make it cool, pour in ice cubes as well. Serve in a fancy glass.
Ice tea is also a cool summer drink and definitely a hot favorite this season. To make it, take 2 cups of water and add baking soda in it (a pinch of amount) and boil it. Then add tea bags in it, preferably 2. Keep them inside for 4 to 5 minutes and then add sugar. Keep this drink in refrigerator for some time and serve cool.
