However, it is certainly not so with women. Hair has always been a trait of beauty in women. Women also have special affection for their hair. Therefore, when they start to lose them, it seems as if the world would come crashing down. There are few things that you can do to lessen or even prevent the loss of hair.

Treat them gently

If you know your hair is falling, then it is only logical that you treat them gently. If you have long hair, then avoid tying them too tightly. Keep your hair untied. If it is too long to keep untied then tie them in a loose ponytail to avoid stressing your hair.

Also, avoid washing them too frequently. Do not wash them everyday and use a blow-dryer sporadically.

Take supplements

You can take natural supplements that offer to treat this problem. You can opt for vitamin supplements that promote hair growth and increase strength of your hair. You should however, take care that these supplements do not cause any side effects.

There are different herbs available that prove useful for such a condition. Generally, herbs are safe to use and do not have side effects. Therefore, you can find such herbal substances that will help you. An example is the nettle root extract, which fights hair loss problems not only in women but also in men. You can do some research around you to find such products.

Go for external treatments

If you are too afraid to take supplements then you can try shampoos that offer hair-loss protection. Read the labels well to see what they have to offer and then make a purchase.

Take a balanced diet

If you are lacking some nutrients, it is possible to have hair loss. So take a balanced diet. Take many protein-rich foods because proteins are effective in keeping your hair healthy.  Reduce your fat and carbohydrate intake.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Stress is a well-known cause of hair loss. So keep away from stress, this helps in preventing hair loss. Exercise daily and keep yourself healthy because if you are healthy then your hair will also improve.
