Have you ever dreamed of having a head full of long, beautiful, flowing locks that every other woman on the planet seems to have but you?
Long hair has been a signature of beautiful women for centuries and has symbolized total femininity for hundreds of years. You too can have it but it will not be easy to obtain.
There are several proven ways to make your hair grow longer and below there are three of them.
First of all, if you are a smoker, stop smoking. (Of course I can give you a list a mile long about why you really want to do this anyway, but none of those will have anything to do with growing your hair longer.) Nonetheless, it is common knowledge that smoking causes all kinds of health issues aside from inflicting damage on the skin, scalp and hair. Quit, for whatever reason you can think of, but just quit.
Drink plenty of water. Water is nearly all of what you are anyway, so it stands to reason that drinking water will aid in the restoration of the entire body, including the scalp and hair follicles, thereby promoting hair growth.
Use alcohol in moderation, as excessive indulgence in this vice will also do damage to your hair. (Not to mention exposure to the atmosphere most commonly associated with drinking, e.g. a smoke-filled barroom or club.) Everybody loves a massage. So will your head. By massaging your scalp you promote blood flow thus nourishing the hair and causing stimulation and growth.
Do some research on natural ingredients and vitamins that stimulate growth and strengthen hair. is one of the best, and it can be easily found on your pharmacy shelf. You will also find it in natural foods such as meats, beans and bananas. Also try selenium. Your hair will love it, not to mention the rest of you.
And don’t neglect those split ends. They are real slow-downers when it comes to growing longer hair. So trim them off at least once a month. Use a good shampoo that does not clog pores and use an even better cream rinse.
