Eyes can make one’s personality get enhanced up to many levels but just a glass could ruin the whole look of face. Some times you end up looking like a nerd. So let us see what you can do to keep that ugly looking glass off your beautiful eyes for a longer period of time.
As for diet, include fish because it has omega 3 which helps to have a sharp eye sight. It is also a god protein source so keeps care of hair and skin as well. Nuts and lutein helps the eyes in the summers a lot since they help them avoid damage done by the UV rays of the sun light.
So for that, take spinach, kale, Swiss chard, etc and less of oranges, broccoli, and etc. zinc also promotes healthy eyes so include it in diet by having meat, dairy products and white grains. Antioxidants helps to fight against free radicals in the body and for that take vitamin C rich food stuff like strawberries, mango, citrus fruits, tomatoes, etc. also include vitamin E by having green veggies, winter squash, etc.
A good lifestyle also is required to keep the glasses at bay. Remember when your mom scolded you for not watching TV when you were a kid, well it was for your own benefit. Sitting in front of computer, TV, etc for hours can damage eye cells.
Taking stress, lack of sleep and extreme exposure to sun light are some of the other reasons as well. As for the sun light, wear a fancy sun glasses to be protected and make a style statement at the same time. You can also try out some exercises to sharpen eyes to avoid the glasses for a long period of your life time.
Take a white sheet and put a small dot on it with black marker. Put that 20 feet away from you and try to concentrate over it for about 10 minutes. At first it would be difficult but it would help you get better eye sight and increase your concentration power as well. So try them all out.
